ZW20-12 outdoor column-mounted vacuum circuit breaker is a new generation of products developed by our company according to the new requirements of the State Grid for the integration of one and two sets of column-mounted switches into the network. The configuration of the switches is fully in line with the requirements of the State Grid for the integration of one and two sets of switches, which facilitates the unified procurement of the State Grid and the batch production. The switch has a compact structure, reasonable layout, complete functions, and all the indexes are in line with the requirements of the State Grid's primary and secondary convergence; it adopts the unified parameters of protection CT, zero sequence CT and zero sequence voltage sensor, which has a wide measuring range, high measuring accuracy and high reliability, and the analog quantity is complete and convenient for accurately determining the various faults of the line.

　　ZW20-12 switch body is a common box type, using vacuum arc extinguishing SF6 gas insulation. The box adopts gas sealing, explosion-proof and insulation structure technology, and the overall sealing performance is excellent. The internal SF6 gas is not leaked and is not affected by the external environment. The spring-operated mechanism is miniaturized and optimized for reliability, which is much higher than the traditional spring mechanism in China. Built-in 1 set of EVT, ECT (three-phase voltage, current, zero sequence voltage, current, for measurement, metering, protection). External 2 sets of electromagnetic single-phase power PT, 10/0.1/0.22kV.
